I am dedicated to providing unbiased, evidence-based information to empower you to make informed choices—whatever those may be. I’ll be there for you regardless of where or how you choose to give birth, whether this is your first baby or your fourth. My role isn’t to make decisions for you but to provide the information, a listening ear, and a sounding board, so you can make the best choices for you—without judgment.

Though every birth is unique, here’s a general idea of the ways I can support you:

Help work through any worries or concerns
Explore all your birth options (including birthplace, pain relief, etc.)
Review previous birth experiences
Discuss and practice biomechanics for birth
Support various birth positions
Assist with creating a personalized birth plan
Help you with postpartum planning
Be on call for you 24/7 from 38 weeks until little one(s) is here
Offer continuous labour support including biomechanics to help alleviate pain or help get the baby into a better position.

The Basic Birth Package

£875

This is for a birther who has done a hypnobirthing or antenatal education. Maybe a second or third time birther.

This will include:

2 hours x Antenatal session to discuss anything you want more knowledge on and birth planning session.
Continuous support via text/call/email
Support/attendance at birth from 38 weeks until birth
1 x Postnatal visit 2 hours
This also includes birth pool hire.

The Full Birth Package

£1275

This is for a birther who hasn't done hypnobirthing or antenatal education, or a first-time parent or someone with special circumstances such as VBAC.

This will include:

6 Hours x Antenatal session to discuss anything you want more knowledge on and birth planning session.
Continuous support via text/call/email this can include 1x antenatal appointment if needed.
Support/attendance at birth from 38 weeks until birth
2 x Postnatal visit 2 hours
This also includes birth pool hire.

Using traditional methods to get your baby in the best position AND make you more comfortable.
