VBAC (Vaginal Birth After C-section) hypnobirthing is a place to come and get informed about your next birth after c-section. Lucy had a "successful" VBAC in 2021 and learnt so much on her journey that she wants to be able to share and support those birthers who wish to a positive birth after a c-section.
C-sections are on the rise throughout not just the UK but the world, and birthers are wanting to know their options for their next birth, and this is where VBAC hypnobirthing comes in to support.
Whether you are looking to have a VBAC, an HBAC (Home Birth After C-section) or a CBAC (C-section Birth After C-section), Lucy is here with unbiased, evidence-based information so you can be clear on the decision you are making on how to birth your next baby.

Positive Birth After C-section
