Positive VBAC Course

Have you had a previous C-section? Do you want a Vaginal Birth After a C-section? Not sure where to start? 

This is the place for you! VBAC Hypnobirthing is a course that invites birthers and birth partners from all backgrounds and who have all different previous experiences that want to experience a VBAC. 

What does this course offer: 

• 2 x hours record VBAC-specific content -  What are your options and their risks? 
• 5 x hours for face-to-face interactive learning on  Sunday, June 23rd, from 9.30am - 2.30 pm
• Mindset, previous birthing experience and birth trauma impact. 
• Biology of birth 
• Hypno- techniques
• VBAC risks and benefits, including VBAC contraindications (anything else seen as a risk) and challenges that might pop up. 
• Birthrights and Advocacy skills
• Planning your next birth includes birth plans, positions, locations and support. 
• Inductions and interventions with a VBAC. 
• The Journey of Labour. 

 Interactions and critically examining the evidence we are presented with throughout pregnancy and birth. This course is designed to help you make informed choices about your care and involve birth partners throughout the process. 

Free guides such as pain relief and c-section procedures are all thrown in as well!

Community is so important when planning for a different type of birth, and it can feel lonely. This is another reason why I wanted to create an in-person course. Having a WhatsApp group of your fellow VBACers allows us to answer questions collectively, and of course, I can point you in the direction of resources as needed.

This support is crucial to hyping yourself to believe your body can do this, and we can be there for you if you have a little wobble!
