We are often told that children should be asleep by 7 p.m. and wake up at 7 a.m., with perfect naps in between. However, this is not the case for many babies and toddlers, and it can make us feel like we are failing. So, how do we find out what our child actually needs?

This infant/toddler sleep webinar can be translated to any age, but we will talk predominately about little ones' sleep. It will offer you an insight into your little ones' sleep; not only will this boost your confidence in how you manage your little ones' sleep (chances are you are doing everything right), but it will also give you an insight into what your little one needs.

So what will be covered:

✨How do we know if your little one is getting enough sleep?

✨Common effects of getting your little one to sleep more than they need. 

✨Sleep diaries, not sleep apps!

It will include a free PDF sleep diary for you to print out to start understanding your little ones' sleep.
