Using techniques such as Rebozo Side lying release Forward leaning inversion And talking through positions you can do at home.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it, you are charged the subject to a cancellation fee of £100. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment.
