Are you an expectant parent looking for a calm and empowering birthing experience?
Join this Face-to-Face Hypnobirthing course and learn effective techniques to help you achieve just that!
Lucy is an experienced hypnobirthing instructor who will guide you through relaxation and breathing exercises, visualisation techniques, positive affirmations, and full antenatal preparations. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the birthing process (the science bit) and learn how to release fear and tension, promoting informed choices for however you choose to birth your baby.
Change of times and dates -location may vary depending on size of the group but it will be either in Rothwell or Market Harborough.
The course is presented in 4 sessions:
